Shipping Process

At Elera Clothing Limited, we begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

We ship orders during business days only and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Our average order fulfillment time is between 1–5 business days. Some items may take longer to process, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped out for delivery as soon as stock availability is confirmed.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the varying locations of our manufacturing partners.

Deliveries

After your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 7–21 business days

Europe: 7–21 business days

Other International Destinations: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, or other disruptions.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.
